There will be a $10.00 service charge if a refund is requested PRIOR TO FIRST INSPECTION.  No refund after inspection has been performed.

The contract, filing and any incurred violation fees must be paid in full prior to initiation and is transferable, but not refundable once the initial inspection has been completed.
