This convenient, online contract has been reviewed by the Permitting Authorities and is legal and binding.  It is highly advisable that you read the downloadable contract and chlorine disclosure found below to ensure a complete understanding of the terms and conditions set forth.

We'd be happy to call you the day before your scheduled inspection.  Please be sure to indicate any special instructions (locked gates, gate codes, dogs)  Please be advised, if we are unable to perform the scheduled inspection we will turn the incomplete report into the county.  If a second trip is requested, there will be a service call charge.

We must have a credit card on file if you'd like for us to replace an inoperative spray head during an inspection at a cost of $20.34 per spray head.  Please contact our office for arrangements.

Please do your homework and make certain that:                                                                                                                          

A.  You have an Aerobic Septic System.                                                                                                                                                                     

B.  You do not already have a contract with a different company                                                                                                                      

C.  Your system is not in the 2 year warranty period.          

 

This contract will not automatically renew, regardless of whether or not we have your credit card on file. 

                                                                    

There will be a $5.00 service charge if a refund is requested.

This contract is transferable, but not refundable once the initial inspection has been completed.
