We've had many folks ask this question.  There are a handful of disgruntled homeowners spreading faulse information on social media.  Maintenance contracts are still required in the counties of Hood, Somervell and Erath.

We’ll explain what we found, what it means, and what your options are before submitting our findings to the local authorities. If repairs are needed, we’ll discuss them with you first and get your approval before any additional work is performed.

Regular inspections help identify issues early and keep the system operating as intended.

No. We don’t believe customers should have to pay extra to receive the level of service we think every system deserves. Our best service comes standard.
