WHY DO I NEED A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

WHY DO I NEED A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A COLEMAN AEROBIC CONTRACT?

YOUR COUNTY'S REGULATORY AGENCY

New homes and business being built in the thriving north-central texas area are making use of eco-friendly Aerobic Septic Systems.  On-site sewage facilities are rapidly being permitted and utilized where there are no municipal sewage services available.  Aerobic Septic Systems are more widespread because of clay or wet soil, very rocky conditions, lot size and lots to close to lakes and waterways.
More importantly, environmental concerns warrant the regulation of such waste disposal methods in order to help maintain our health, fresh drinking water and resources.
Because these types of systems have many working components that break down over time and with regular use, it is important to have the system inspected at regular intervals to ensure all electrical and mechanical elements are functioning as designed.  Some counties require homeowners to contract with a licensed Maintenance Provider.  Three such counties are; Hood, Somervell and Erath..

Please be advised.  A company that sells replacement parts will not warranty the part if the homeowner chooses to make the repair.  A homeowner will have to send the part back to the manufacturer to be examined.  If the manufacture determines the part was installed incorrectly, the warranty will be null and void.

There are minimum, and I mean minimun, state mandated requirements that a provider must follow.   In all honesty, if we managed our business around these minimum requirements, we would not feel we were providing the service you deserve.  We go above and beyond the states requirements because it's just what we do, and we're happy to do it.
