WHY DO I NEED A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A COLEMAN AEROBIC CONTRACT?
YOUR COUNTY'S REGULATORY AGENCY
As the population and number of businesses continue to grow in the bustling north-central Texas region, a shift towards environmentally-friendly Aerobic Septic Systems can be seen in the construction of new homes and commercial buildings. These on-site sewage facilities are becoming more prevalent due to factors such as clay or wet soil, rocky terrain, small lot sizes, and proximity to lakes and waterways where municipal sewage services are not available. Furthermore, considering environmental concerns, it is necessary for these waste disposal methods to be regulated in order to protect our health and preserve clean drinking water and resources. Given that these systems have various components that may deteriorate over time and with regular use, it is crucial for them to be inspected regularly to ensure proper functioning of all electrical and mechanical elements. Some counties even require homeowners to hire a licensed Maintenance Provider, including Hood, Somervell, and Erath counties.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY SYSTEM IS BEING INSPECTED?
We will attach a sticker inside your control box. At the completion of each inspection, your Tech will date and sign the tag typically found under the compressor's dog house.. Additionally, you will receive a detailed report either by mail or email (depending on your preference). You will generally receive the report the following day. If you suspect that your inspections are not being completed properly, place a small rock on your septic tank lid that will have to be removed for a proper inspection. This will help ease your concerns and will help verify that you are receiving the service you deserve.
